Go South from Hwy 1A and Hwy 22 intersection in Cochrane
Turn West (right) onto Quigley Drive
Turn North (right) onto W Aarsby Road
Turn right into the parking lot on the North side/just after of the building
Use the double door entrance on the North side of the building

Class Schedule

The following Taekwon-Do classes are held every Monday & Thursday:

Li’l Kickers (ages 5 & 6) 5:15-5:55 p.m. (currently only on Thursday nights)
Children’s Beginner: 6:00-6:45 p.m.
Youth & Family: 6:45-7:30 p.m.
Intermediate: 7:30-8:15 p.m.
Advanced: 8:15-9:00 p.m.

ALL OF OUR CLASSES OPERATE FROM MID-SEPTEMBER TO JUNE, EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS.

Fitness Class Schedule

Pricing
