• Drive past the flag poles to the Academic Building entrance

Class Schedule

The following classes are held every Monday & Wednesday:
Beginner: 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Advanced: 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Adult & Black Belt: 7:30-8:30 p.m.

The Li’l Kickers class is held every Saturday:
10:00-10:45 a.m. at Bow Valley Baptist Church in Cochrane
