The women’s only fitness classes offered at Trinity TKD are circuit based classes focused on strength and conditioning combined with a stretching, flexibility and core strengthening class. We place an emphasis on body weight exercises that are simple to do at home and we use simple, portable equipment. Our certified fitness leaders are keen on keeping class sizes small to create a more intimate experience for our participants.
