This is a must for anyone looking to become a better martial artist. The event will take place at 599 Northmount Drive NW, Calgary, AB. All ages and belt levels are invited to attend. Bring your sparring gear and be prepared to sweat! Some of the topics being covered include: combinations, footwork, offensive/defensive tactics, sneaky strategies, using the ring, mental game and Winning the Crowd! There are some big tournaments this year and we want Trinity to have another successful year of competition.
